What is Vachale Beauty Concepts?
We are one brand with three parts: an expert salon for protective styles and installs, a hair shop for BAMS Braid, human hair, and wigs, and an academy for hands-on braiding training. Book a style, shop hair, or enroll in a class—all in one place.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
Our salon and academy are at 2580 W Camp Wisdom Rd, Ste 700, Grand Prairie, TX 7505. Hours: [Mon-Sat hh:mm-hh:mm / Sun closed].
The online shop is open 24/7.

Do you serve clients outside your city?
Yes. Salon and academy services are in person; the shop ships nationwide within the United States.
Salon Services & Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Tap Book Now to schedule via Fresha. Choose your service, date, and time, and you will receive an
email/SMS confirmation.
Do you require a deposit?

What is your cancellation/no-show policy?

Arrive clean, product-light, and fully detangled unless you have booked a wash/detangle add-on. Severe detangling may require an extra fee and additional time.
Can I bring my own hair?
Yes, if it meets quality standards. Many clients prefer buying from our Shop so texture, length, and color
match their style perfectly.
How long will my style last?
With proper care, most protective styles last [X-Y weeks]. Your stylist will review after-care and
recommended products.
Do you style kids' hair?

What hair do you carry?

tone or blend packs for dimension.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?
For hygiene reasons, unopened/unused hair in original packaging may be returned within [POLICY DAYS]

I received a wrong or defective item - what should I do?

Color, Texture & Length Guidance
How do I pick the right length?
See the Length Guide under Our Hair. As a rule of thumb, 18 inches falls to bra strap length on many users. If unsure, choose the longer option and trim.
Can I mix colors or textures?
Yes. Blending complementary shades often gives the most natural finish. Ask your stylist which blend works
best for your style.
Can I heat-style BAMS Braid hair?

How do I maintain my style at home?

Academy - Programs & Enrollment
Are the courses online or in person?
